St. Eustatius Marine Park

The St. Eustatius Marine Park (SEMP) is defined as the waters surrounding St. Eustatius from the high water mark to the 30m (100ft) depth contour.  It was designated the Statia Marine Park in 1996 through the Marine Environment Ordinance St. Eustatius, with the objective to preserve and manage St. Eustatius marine resources for the benefit and enjoyment of the people and future generations.
